Then from checkout and rescheduling. There will be addendums to that handbook for individual professions for testing, diagnostic, and procedures done beyond the receptionist desk.

Handbook will spell out all steps needed to take the patient from the initial phone call to exiting the office and beyond in providing the maximum known safety protocols
