This main eHandbook will be relevant to all practices, from the time the patient calls, to all information and insurance gathering, etc. up to the point the patient comes into the office and is processed past the reception desk. Then from checkout and rescheduling. There will be addendums to that handbook for individual professions for testing, diagnostic, and procedures done beyond the receptionist desk.
Handbook will spell out all steps needed to take the patient from the initial phone call to exiting the office and beyond in providing the maximum known safety protocols
Written for both physicians and techs so that the lowest skill level employee can read and understand the directives.
Where changes in testing or procedures are substantial or new instrumentation is recommended, demonstration videos will be provided.
Older versions will be dated and archived and available upon request.
The eHandbook will be stored in the cloud, constantly updated as the case is needed, accessible from any device at any time as long as you're a member.
